Vodafone India — access fees charged on prepaid recharge

Was doing an online recharge through debit card for my mother. She needed to top up her talk time only. Without any explanation the service provider has deducted a huge Access Fee. As per the image was charged 168 bucks “ACCESS FEES” on a 199 rupee recharge! Utter and complete nonsense! Only got 13rs. talk time after a 199 rupee recharge. This isn’t normal. Vodafone should fix this. Need the proper amount to be credited.
