[Resolved] Vodafone India — activating juiceup pack on my mobile | |||
Sir, Vodafone has activated juiceup pack on my mobile without my consent on 4.12.2019 and deducted an amount of rs.35/- from my balance. My mobile number [protected] is prepaid connection and now the company has sent another message today i. E. 8th december 2019 to maintain balance in my account so that they could deducted rs.75/ from my account to continue the above pack beyond 11.12.2019. Since i have never requested to activate juiceup pack on my mobile i want deactivation of this service from my mobile and also want refund of amount of rs.35 already deducted by the company. I am trying to deactivate the above service from my mobile but could not succeed as every time i receive message 'invalid request'. I want proper action and early response on my complaint.
