Vodafone India — activating vas without consent | |||||
Even after repeated complaints against vodafone activating vas without the user's consent, vodafone continues to do so. I never consented to start any service but still get charged for it. Currently the vas charges are showing as 279 rs. And at the end of bill cycle, they add these charges and then also charge tax on it. And when you complain to them about this charges they give a lame excuse of clicking ads while browsing. How stupid of a excuse this is? I have been using internet on mobile since past 6 years and not once i was charged 'by clicking on the ads'. If this continues then i will be forced to file a formal complaint against vodafone with trai. Request vodafone to waive of these charges and stop this malpractice immediately.
