Vodafone India — Activation of DOTBOT scheme without request | |||
On 16th January 2017 at 9:07 am I got an SMS from vodafone regarding request for activation of DOTBOT scheme and my balance of Rs. 17 was deducted. I'm still getting SMSes regarding the scheme. The latest SMS mentioned refilling my balance to activate the scheme. I feel like if I add some more balance it would get deducted automatically for this DOTBOT scheme that I did not apply for. I have not activated any such scheme and my balance was deducted without any notice. Please look into the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
