Vodafone India — Activation of new sim card | |
I had purchased my new simcard of vodafone from tamil nadu by submitting the required proof
They said the sim will be activated within half n our. so i waited for the sim to activate it. but till half n hour no work was done. so i had to call them again and they gave me a false assurance that sim will be activated within 5 minutes, but till now it has not been activated. its a experience of very bad service you provide to your genuine customers. i will do now negative mouth publicity of vodafone and tell everybody not to buy vodafone sim card because they dont attend customers and their quries properly
