Vodafone India — activation of number

Hey, I want to complaint against a number [protected].Its my number register by name Mr Tej Singh residence Shamli(UP).This number is ported from idea to vodafone 2 months back and my number is running in good condition one week before.Now this number is telling me that you are not a registered customer.I have contacted at your zonal office at Dehradun.But they are not giving me a proper answer.They are delaying day by day by giving reasons like we didn't get the identification for verification.But the identification is given by me at vodafone office Shamli.There is person name Prashant phone no.[protected] is not working properly for that.Take serious action against them.If there is no action taken I will file case against your company in consumer court.
