Vodafone India — activation of services without my knowledge | |
Good day, i've bought a new phone and vodafone sim card in may, 2017. Problem started on 24th of july. There were some services which were activated in my phone without my knowledge and my balance was deducted. I never requested for any such services (Game pack, mmovies pack to name a few). I called vodafone customer care executive and they told me that they'll resolve the issue, and they did. The very next day above mentioned services were again activated. I called customer care and they solved it. This happened for 3 times. From 26th july onwards i couldn't even connect with the customer care executive so that i can get my balance back and cancel all these services. Please help me resolve this issue. I'm Alos having the same problem from last 3/4 months, whever the balance is added they start activating any sunch nonsense services and deduct balance for the same . lats 2/3 times i called custore care and got the balace back, but how many times we should kee calling customer care for this.
