Vodafone India — Active Number DeActivated

Dear Sir / Madam My name is Sujeet S Rajawat and I am a prepaid user of mobile number. This number is registered on name of my wife Mrs. Ritu Parashar and we are using this number from last 10 + Yrs. I moved to Lagos, Nigeria in 2013 and before moving I converted this number from postpaid to prepaid. 3 days back I was trying to recharge this line online but the number was coming as invalid and when I tried to enquire in customer service, I was told that this number is discontinued. I am failed to understand the reason of the same as I did not receive any notification about it and all of sudden the number got discontinued. Please note all my bank transactions are active on that number. I request you to look into the mater with highest priority and do the needful to reissue the number to me. Regards Sujeet S Rajawat
