Dear sir
I have paid all my dues on date 30.01.2016 at vodafone gallary at Vashi Navi Mumbai to migrate my connection from post paid to prepaid. They informed me that activation will be done within 24 Hrs but still the SIM is not activated. I am following the matter with their customer desk & receiving only system generated responce. On asking correct desk contact they are not providing. No proper responce from Vodafone
