Vodafone India — All services stopped | |||
I have recently ported my Docomo Postpaid SIM to Vodafone. Firstly I was asked to pay Docomo's 1 month bill in advance, and I did that. All my dues till the next month were clear and then my Vodafone MnP was finally done. But 1 month later I received a call from vodafone saying that My payment worth Rs. 142 is pending with Docomo and I have to pay it by 3rd December. I asked them why do I have to pay to docomo since I had already cleared the bill. The person from Vodafone told me that he had no idea about it and I should just go and pay it. And over that I had to submit a proof of that payment at Vodafone Store. Now they have disconnected all the services and so I am writing a complaint in that regard. I want to know why am I being asked to pay an amount of 142 Rupees. And if there is not a valid reason, strict action should be taken against whosoever is responsible for that. I am having a tough time since they disconnected my connection and I will make sure whosoever is the reason pays for that. Was this information helpful? | |||
