[Resolved] Vodafone India — Amount is debited however recharge is not done

My mobile number is [protected]. I have made a recharge of Rs 102 on 23rd may 2014 using citibank reward point. Point where redeemed successfully however my net balance is not processed till the date. Below is the details whcih i got from citi Trace No 032948 Payment Voucher No [protected].
