I am vodofone user for past 7 years. i have not made outgoing calls in vodofone since 2015. But incoming calls are being made on that number. On Decmber, 2016, i got to know through my friend that they could not make any calls to my vodofone and i was out of station and when am back today *(27/01/2017) i got to know that my sim number has been assigned to some one else by deactivating my number.
Since I have been using that vodofone number for past 7 years, all my contacts have that number, and all sort of bank communication are made to that number. and even watsapp. People who are trying to send to me are also sent to another person who has same number and many misuses are going on.
Even my watsapp and that person watsapp are on same number. This is serious issue . How can vodofone assign my number to someone else that too without notifying me and that too within a month of deactivation.
Vodofone is going to pay for this issue. and I am going to raise this complaint to consumer rights and all higher officials of vodofone. Was this information helpful? |
