Vodafone India — Automatic activation of vas without my consent | |||
Hi, In the past 1 week, i have been losing a lot of money on my prepaid vodafone connection as vodafone activates multiple packs without my knowledge or consent and am left with no currency. I have lost close to rs. 200 in the past 1 week and all calls to the vodafone customer support are not truly helping us. They asked me to send an sms to deactivate it yesterday and i did that. I got a confirmation as well that it has been deactivated. But this morning, the same packs have been activated and there have been some deductions. This is like the corporates looting the public if they are running short on profit. This is similar to day light robbery.
