[Resolved] Vodafone India — Automatically 3G service activation which is wrong. | |||
Dear Sir, This is Vijay Sharma and my no is [protected] and this is CUG no. of Parksons Packaging LTD Rudrapur Pant Nagar Uttakhand.263153, dear sir some times back I have received a call from vodafone that was auto generated call and your system told me we have activated 3G data pack. but for your kind information I am using Samsung Guru that does't have 3 G facility. and today I have received my mobile bill in which you are charging to me 146.77 INR then I have raise a complaint in your 198 No. but they told me this service is activated from Meerut vodafone outlet and I am leaving in Uttrakhand Rudrapur, how this is possible to go Meerut and activated this service, if I want to take this service I can go at Rudrapur outlet it self. And today I called to talk Mr. Ankit Rastogi and Mr. Nitesh Agarwal who are representing Vodafone at my company( Parksons Packaging LTD Rudrapur Pant Nagar Uttakhand.263153) but they are not picking my phone then finally i am writing this mail to you for solution and reversal of 146.77 INR.
