Hi Vodafone team, Its regarding automatically activated below mentioned plans to my mobile : [protected]. I am raising concern regarding additional charges applied for the above mobile number. Plan details :- 1. MI_C_V_150_30d_R500MB_BCFU_3G 2. MI_C_V_150_30d_R500MB_BCFU_3G and monthly plan has been changed twice without any request. Please let me know how this plan is activated on my cell phone and also want a favour from u Vodafone team. I am really not happy with this being a privileged customer for a period of 1 year or more. now I want this issue need to be resolved .please acknowledge the same ASAP.
