[Resolved] Vodafone India — bad customer service providers. | |||||
I wanted to port my number from vodafone to airtel due to multiple reason (Overcharged bills, poor customer service) i went to vodafone store in mumbai central after waiting for long 30 mins i was answered by executive mustafa to whom i address my query without asking a reason for mnp he issued a complaint and said that in 24hrs you will get a sms from system and u can port your number but no response from the system i contacted 5 times the customer care as soon as i raise a question for portability, the representatives use to disconnect calls and hence no replies recieved what do i do and whom do i approach.. If i dont recieve a reply as my bill cycle starts from 5th of every month i am going to file rti with all the evidence that i have against vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
