I am using vodafone (Hutch) from past 10 years. My unlimited and data pack got expired on 18th dec 2018. I called customer care on 16th dec 2018 around 5:45 pm. We have discussed about plans, i asked one plan rs 597 (About unlimted and data pack) and she communicated me daily will get 10 gb of data with rs597 based on her input i have recharged my number with rs 597 but till april 7th we will get 10gb only it is updating in my vodafone app. I really felt bad. If we want you can check recorded conversations. Even i have saved and recorded conversation with vodafone staff
How come you are connecting our calls to vodafone customer trainees without knowing about plans and without giving proper knowledge training.
