Vodafone India — Bad response sim not working | |||
2 months back i was using airtel sim card services (prepaid), one day i got a call from some vodafone's call center the asked me to port the no. from airtel to vodafone (postpaid) as i was facing some network issues also i wanted a postpaid sim, i agreed on it they promised me one week but... i got number of calls why, that made me irritated still i faced all that one vodafone guy came to me he asked my documents needed for porting also an amount of Rs 250 as security money i provided everything ... at-last my sim got port in vodaphone the main issue started from here they asked me to verify it again i said ok one person from vodaphone came to my office and took verification also he took my photograph in his mobile which i found annoying still dint said anything to them he asked my designation and so on. after two days what i found my voice calling is barred... my working airtel sim which i was using from last 3 years suddenly got barred after porting in to vodafone i dint got any call related that they are stopping my services, I cannot call anywhere due to that i was bearing heavy loss. So i decided to call 198 customer care number of vodafone i asked him why m having call barred thing???? he told me due to bad feed back in verification we are stopping your services we cannot process your port request! whatt????? i asked what is the feedback he said you are working in some yellow building due to this... is this the reason????? i said so? he told me it can also be possible because you haven't paid your previous bills of same no. in airtel i told him but it was prepaid so how is that possible??? he told we are sending a guy for re-verification kindly confirm your billing address. I gave him he asked me for landmark i told him near MC donalds he started making fun i spelled him thrice still he asked please spell MC donalds vodafone hire illiterate people ???? no re verification i called them again they told me we cant help you go to vodafone center and give the sim back NOW I am not getting calls, cannot call my previous sim is now dead my important no. is not working may be i could loose it i am in trouble.
