I am unable to send sms to any number & they were unable to rectify it from a month. The customer representatives was irresponsible and blaming customers, eventhough having fault with their connection. They charged me 30rs nearly for having a call to customare care of 15min. They havent solved my sms issue & charged me extra 30rs. Representatives behaviour was rude & disconnecting the call when i asked for a refund.
So, its better to go for other service provider than losing all your money to a quality less provider (Vodafone). Was this information helpful? |
