Vodafone India — balance deduction of prepaid no.-[protected]

This is sourav banerjee holding a prepaid no [protected] and i'm using it since 18 years but suddenly on 04.01.2019 deducted the balance and directly recharged the number through the main balance. I got the sms regarding the recharged as my out going services will be stopped but how the company can deduct the recharge amount from my existing balance? If done so then where is the intimation to me?

MY account balence is around 88 rupees but still i'm not able to make any calls.

Hello, I am from chennai I had a mistake on my recharge, I recharged twin @30 Nov through online for 199 but only one recharge so kindly please do something
