[Resolved] Vodafone India — balance deduction unnecessarily

I received a call on my vodafone prepaid number [protected] and without given me any balance diduction information.
My balance was diducted.

In the call it was asking me some general knowledge questions.
Even they asked me to press 1 or 2 for the options.
I replied correct answered but after asking me some questions they disconnect the call and diduct my all the balance.

consumer forum contact me within 24 hours. and forwerd my complaint to the company. company resolved it in two days.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by altafmeo vodafone call me. but did not refund my Balance.
they told me that "my DND service will start after 7 days".

I am not Satisfied.
