Recently INR 99 was deducted from my mobile stating that i had acessed international naetwork. Now i had earlier recharged my phone with INR159 but later came to know that this plan no longer gives free data so i immediately called up customer care and was told that after deducting GST the money will be added to my main balance and i can now recharge with INR199 . But till now it has nit been done and am unable to speak to any customer care executive from my number. Please help with legar procedure. #[protected]
