I am 100% sure that i have not activated any value added service (Vas) on my vodafone mobile service.in last 10 days five different services has been activated, of which for one such service rs 66/- has been deducted from current balance. Since i called back to deactivation after the due date, i did not receive any refund. For remaining services, i managed to call vodafone customer service on-time to deactivate and get the refund.

In one case, as my balance was low, they could not activate the service and it was put on hold. And the service will get activated the moment i do a recharge.
I have to check my sms every day to see for any balance deduction and vas activation. Then call back immediately to deactivate it and request for a refund.
Looking for some guidance on how to stop this unsolicited activation of vas service and also to get back my rs 66/-.
