Vodafone India — Bank Account balance deducted but not recharged

Hi, My number is [protected].Telangana (Andhra pradesh) I have recharged online through vodafone site. I have processed all the steps and entered amount Rs.400rs. But unsuccessful. Bank account balance deducted but i didnt get balance.Please find an attachment with this which contains transaction statement.
