[Resolved] Vodafone India — barred outgoing messages.

For the past 4 days i cannot send messages.. So i called customer care executive and they said it'll be resolved within 2 hours, but it didn't.. Next time they asked me to visit vodafone store, and hence i visited vodafone store, but they told me to talk to customer care executive again.. But nobody has the answer of why messages were barred and how and when it'll be unbarred.. After this pathetic service, i'll have to port the service provider.
