Vodafone - bangalore has hired a bunch of incapable and unethical verification personnels, also not to mention the customer care executives and supervisors, who have no idea about what they speak to customers. this is the seconds time this has happened. 1st time verification personnel visited a wrong address and submitted negative verification result and without prior notice my outgoing and incoming services were barred. after a series of escalation the issue was fixed. now again with my second sim, inspite of personal as well as telephonic verification, negative verification was sent and my outgoing services have been barred. customer care executives refuse to take complaint.!!!
Inspite of positive verification done by both personal verification personnel and telephonic verification personnel, my verification has been negated. my outgoing services have been barred without any prior notice. this is really frustrating. customer care exe. payal (saturday - 9th jul, 2016) told the issue will be rectified as she will arrange the verification team to call me in an hour's time. cust. care exe. amir (monday, 11 jul, 2016) refused to take down any complaint regarding my outgoing services being barred. cust. care exe. khushboo and supervisor rahul (12 jul, 2016) said they could not help me and asked me to visit vodafone store. this is heights of disrespecting your customer.
This is a similar issue i am facing with respect to verification. either your verification team is not summing up the details properly or your backend team is just fooling around with the data. Was this information helpful? |
