Vodafone India — barring outgoing calls | |||
Dear sirs, Vodafoneidea has unjustly bared my outgoing calls stating that i have not cleared previous network operatos bill. I had already mailed all details to them on 6th dec. Which is as under "further to my mail dated 6th dec regarding the payment for unjust bill raised by airtel while purposely delaying the porting. I am hereby giving you the porting numbers am363412 valid till 10.10.2018 and am431569 valid till 26.10.2018. The first posting request was purposely delayed stating technical reasons and therefore we had to raise another port request. During this delay they have raised invoice which is unjustified. We had already payed extra rs 60 towards the processing days of port request. Please find attached rs300/- towards the monthly bill of rs239/- and rs61 extra towards the processing of porting. Delaying of porting by airtel was totally on purpose and unjustified." I also wish to raise complaint against airtel for purposely delaying the porting which was raised within adequate billing cycle days remaining. We had to raise porting number twice. Second time also they agreed on porting after much delay. The reason for delay being no network in santacruz west area in lic office on sv road.
