Last one and half years i am using vodafone postpaid network.
Last may month, i changed my plan from RED to New Vodafone Standard 199
and I have added 5GB 3G and UNLIMITED 2G pack.
When i changed my pack, i confirmed with customer service. then they told
asper plan i will be paid for daily rent (devided by monthly rent) . they didn't told
DATA benefits will be charged.
Now i received bill amount with 8GB 3G Data charge of previous plan.
my bill amount is Rs. 5871.96
pls check below:
as per RED plan, monthly due is Rs1999/ month only. but i used 10 days only. i am ready to pay one moth charge also.
as per my current plan monthly due is 850+199 = Rs.1049
I have added 2 net boosters =Rs 250 * 2 = 500
Call Charges Rs 81.74
VAS downloads - Rs. 465
total of above all - Rs.4094 + Service Tax
I am ready to pay this amount only
