This is very pathetic service i faced ever now. U people are just fooling to ur customer by adding not relevant charges in bill statement...
Pls stop fooling.. By doing this.. What is the meaning of "re-connection debit".. You are doing now just like unprofessional people doing... Pls inform about what charges need to pay.. I have visited the customer care at hiranandani powai.. Customer executive not informed me about this un-common "re-connection debit" charge... Ever i not seeing in term&condition while accepting any thing..
