I don't believe how Vodafone doing this kind of things, without sending any international SMS, they were charging for that. In my bill, it showing that I sent international SMS on this no (#[protected]. But I am confident that I didn't send any international SMS and I also crossed check my mobile also. In my mobile, i didn't find any SMS sent on that no.
On this issue, I discussed with Vodafone customer care, but they were saying there bill is correct. So finally I decided to discontinue the Vodafone service. For that, I already placed the request for discontinuing service.
I request Vodafone, please take this issue as seriously and resolve it asap if you want to make the customer happy.
