I wish to highlight two very unproffesional approach and treatment i saw from my oldest servive provider.
I had gone to thailand from 5th March to 9th March.
During this period there might have been a slight data usage.
My international roaming is activated.
I had earlier however set the credit limit to Rs 5000. to avoid over usage
But now i get a message that my unbiled usage is over Rs 9000.
so my concern is about
1) what is the point of setting a credit limit if its not there to be applicabe.
2) how can some body suspend my services without informaing me teliphoncally and without the billbieng summarized
i have had to endure losses to the tune of over Rs 20000 just becasue my phone dissconncedted
