Vodafone India — Bill overcharged

This is a second time I am facing this issue of extra bill charged from vodafone... I am using vodafone data card from last 1 year. And within this year this is my 2nd experience of bills getting over charged.

When we put a complaint to vodafone customer care about extra charges they keep saying that that much of has been used from ur data card..they said they have a proof..when we ask them to produce those proofs they dont.. 1st time I paid that amount but 2nd time it was clear that they are lying..

I was using 250rs 1gb data plan, in this plan if we want to extend the data pack we can use booster packs..so when I had reached to 900mb limit I had stopped using internet and tried to activate my booster plan..but was unsuccessfull bcoz it was automatically got switched with another 250 rs 1gb plan in which one can not extend their data packs.this fault was from vodafone's side.

After talking to customer care executive, she suggested me to go for 450rs 2gb plan..and after 1 month come back to 250 rs 1gb plan..as they can not switch my plan between 250 to 250 ( well, how how that possible then to switch it automatically then??) and I agreed to the same in condition of getting the internet activation on urgent basis.. but they took around 4 days for activation...

After a month, When I received a bill for month of Jan 2016 they had charged me rs750 for using a net between bill cycles... how was that possible??? I was not having connection coz of data pack change.. was not even able to surf on internet for 4 days till the new pack activates..

I got same answers on both incidents, that u have consumed internet accordig to our system's records. When service provider says that how a customer is going to prove that he has not used it..

I am not alone on this planet who is getting such fake bills from vodafone. These chindhi are making huge money even out of call drops.. so we can imagine how much profit they can gain by issuing such fake mails to customers... If they can cheat an educated youth then what will happen to our parents who are not familiar of data packages and mbs n gbs calculations...

I have filed a complaint at vodafone customer care..complaint no[protected] Somebody pls help me on this.. This is a high time now..we must sack such companies..
