Vodafone India — billed above the credit limit | |||
Hi, I ayushi nath have activated my international roaming on 24th of july, within three days without any intimation i was billed for rs 35, 000/- as per vodafone while i don't my credit limit was rs 14, 000. 1. I was not informed when my credit limit has increased to 14, 000/- when asked they told me this is strange usually the date of increasing the limit is written but in your case its not there. 2. I was billed rs 35, 000 and without any intimation and why someone will charge us above the limit. 3. Data fraud was definitely there. 4. Still after happening all this, i sincerely agreed to pay the bill of 14, 000 as per my unknowingly increased limit. 4. My phone was deactivated in 3 days and i got stuck without phone in uk plus too much of chaos happened.
