Vodafone India — billed me the amount of rs 2300 for vas services which i requested them to deactivate earlier | |||
Vodafone billed me rs 2300 for my phone number [protected]. It was actually used by my 80 years old mother. Firstly they gave a bill of rs 900 roughly in nov 2018. Most of the bill amount was for special call on 51717 or vas. They gave a waiver of rs 500 and taken the request of deactivation of vas services. They even mailed me the same with the request number. After two months the gave the bill of rs 2300 out of which rs 2000 was for vas again. I tried to explain them multiple times but they are so unprofessional that they did nothing and now threatening me to file case against me I have all the proofs required with the mails from their side and this time they should understand their mistake.
