Vodafone India — billing against [protected] given for deactivation on 28/2/2019 | |||
The subject mobile no.was given for deactivation at vodafone office, Mahipalpur, New Delhi on 28/2/19. Outstanding amount of Rs.160/- was paid in cash towards settlement. However we have been receiving bills every month and have sent mails on 21/3/19, 21/4/19 and 21/5/19 to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com explaining our situation but have not got any response. We have also explained our case over phone whenever we received a payment reminder from vodafone but they keep telling that phone is still active and do not take any action. This phone has not been used after 28/2/19 and hence no bill is payable. Was this information helpful? | |||
