I am using vodafone post paid(plan - 275/-) taken with 3G data of 2GB and some free calls end of Apr-2015. Though I didn't use I got Rs39/- as rent, fine. For May month I felt that bill charged much and raised a concern. I got message on 05/06/2015that Rs266.87 have been waived from data charges. Later on I asked the customer care people to send the clear bill to pay, but in-vain. Next month bill also unclear and simply saying total amount to be paid is Rs906. For the past 2 weeks I keep on asking the guys to give clear bill for the 2 months, May, June-2015 with clear details. Each time they are answering with in 5 mins will come back to you or we are raising to our senior and finally stopped service to my number. I am ready to pay, but I need the clarity on charges.
