Vodafone India — Billing Amount more than the package

Hello Vodafone, i have am using a plan of 299 rs, i should expect a billing amount of 299 or a little more than that. but this time vodafone have send the bill more than my plan amount. i am not going to pay the bill as the amount should not be this much. please help me out to come out of this situation, otherwise i have to stop using all my vodafone numbers.
