Vodafone India — Billing and payment | |||||
I have 2 vodafone numbers and in september i merged both the number to red family plan. After that whatever bill was received, i kept making payment.in march 2017 i separated both the number and hten also whatever bill was received i made the payment. To my surprise, i received call from vodafone asking to make the payment for rs. 630.00 else the number will get deactivated. When i tried to find out what was this all about, i came to know that there were 3 accounts against my second number, 1 before the billing was merged, one when billing got merged and one after the billing got separated. They said that 2 accounts are deactivated due to non payment and only one is active. Now the number will get suspended if i dont make the payment. When i called customer care 2nd time, i was told i have to make payment of rs. 578.73 for inactive account number. I said fine i will make the payment, and to get the details of account number i called again 3rd time and to my surprise i was told this time that i have to make payment of 578 and 630 both as 2 accounts are deactivated. They have neither provided me the bill details, nor sent me the bill and now blackmailing me to make the payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
