My billing cycle starts from 20 of every month and my plan was of 249 rs and a data pack of 650 rs. i am asking them to cancel my 249 rs plan on 20 August and they are saying that i will be charged this amount in august and can cancel this from next month only. I have nt even used this for a day and they are charing me this. I want my 249 plan canceled and i eant only 650 plan in mbb

Updated by Jerin TJ In the new billing cycle dating from 20th aug to 19 sept i hav been charged 149 rs and they are saying my call and data are barred from aug 18 whereas i hav been using data this whole month they are trying to fool me
