In my bill generated on 15th may i can see one time charge of inr 1198. I have never requested to activate iroam free package on my number. I have made one phone call and 2 sms on international roaming and never asked to cap my bill. Why this was auto activated when i never asked for.
I will pay only for usage (1 call and 2 sms) and not capped package amount. Rectify the bill.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My vodafone no. [protected] have been deactivated by company because it wasn't recharged. This number is very important for me. I need this in prepaid service.
