Vodafone India — billing charges | |
This is my complaint with regards to my bill which was generated in june, 2019. I have been charged with a bill of rs. 5300 and the reason i have been given is that i have used my number internationally. I had activated the 599 pack on 3rd may, 2019 and i was given instructions on activating that pack through app when i contacted the vodafone gallery of korum mall thane on 2nd may, 2019. They did not tell me that i have to get the pack deactivated. Also, i have moved to germany and i have a german number active since 4th may, 2019 and i haven't used my vodafone number since then though your customer care team tells me that i have used it. First of all i was not given any instructions on deactivating the pack infact i was told that the pack will get deactivated on its own after 24hrs and on top of that i was explicitly told that i won't be charged anything extra. I am ready to pay whatever is the legitimate charge but i refuse to pay the extra amount which i have been billed for no fault of mine. Also, the first time i had complaint, i received a callback from their team, and the lady spoke to me very rudely and banged the phone on me saying i will not provide any information to you on why have you been charged extra and you will have to pay the bill anyhow.
