Vodafone India — Billing error...Increase in internet charge (Vodafone no.[protected]) | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name Yash Vora and my Vodafone number is [protected] and I am currently using the corporate CUG plan. As I have been with Vodafone network from past 7 to 8 months I had no problem or errors with the billing matter. But in my last month bill of November 2015 there was a billing error in my internet charges. on November 9, 2015, I had called a service centre of Vodafone to activate internet service on my mobile number .As my internet service was deactivated by me for October 1 month.As I wanted my internet pack to be activated for the month of November, 2015 I called up the service centre and request them to activate internet pack on my Vodafone number .As I ask for best deal on internet for my number the call receiver on call centre named PAWAN provided a best deal for me .The deal was as follows : 500 MB 3G DATA for Rs 100.I like the deal and I ask the call receiver on call centre to activate the plan for me.on seeing my bill for month of November I saw that the internet charges was charged at 450 Rs. When I consulted Vodafone store at Malad west, Mumbai, I was guided that the complaint has been lodge and Vodafone would call back you in 72 hours of complaint.On receiving call I was said that the bill is correctly charged and you have to pay the same amount of the bill.As I am sure that I have ask for the deal provided by call receiver on call centre PAWAN, still they are saying that the amount cant be reverse and the same have to be paid .. They have the recordings of the conversation in which I have clearly question PAWAN 3 times that the offer is rightly said ..PAWAN said that the offer is right and it would be charged as said above...still Vodafone are saying that the amount charge are right.
