Vodafone India — Billing even after disconnection | |||||
This is regarding my vodafone mobile no [protected]. I had taken this number solely for internet usage for my apple ipad and no longer use it since october-november. I defaulted on payment as i was out of town and forgot about it.in february, the vodafone person called with demand of 2387 as full and final payment (Maybe adjusting the security deposit too). I told him that i dont need the connection anymore and he told that the connection was already disconnected long back and this is just to recover the dues. I paid the amount online by credit card and again called and confirmed that the connection was already disconnected. Then i dont understand, why am i reciveing bills again and again?? I have another vodafone number which i am using -[protected] and giving lot of benefit to your company. Today an unauthorized pack of dotbot was activated on my number and 75 was deducted without any intimation. This activation was not authorized by me.
Please help in resolving this issue.
