[Resolved] Vodafone India — Billing Fraud | |||
I was looking of porting facility from Vodafone to Airtel and when I had raised a request for availing portability facility there was an offer of Free Data package offered from Vodafone backend team in the month of July'14 and when I started using 3G data I was shocked to see in my August Bill for the data usage for an amount of ₹ 1300/- and when I took up this with Vodafone they promised to give a waiver and a mail confirmation was given to me from a Vodafone backend team executive.. Now when I am asking the Vodafone team for the waiver to reflect in the bill, the waiver is refused and instead my calling service is barred... I have all the relevant communications on this aspect and request the consumers to be aware of these Frauds done by Vodafone.
