[Resolved] Vodafone India — billing - illegal charges for services not rendered | |||
I had pre-activated international roaming to start from midnight 22-dec'18 on my number +91-[protected] and was told i would receive confirmatory sms at 12 midnight on 22-12-18. But i did not receive sms so called their helpline at 1 am & 1.25 am and was informed that systems failure so cant check/activate the service. I had to purchase a local sim. On my return i was billed for the roaming service and so i filed my complaint no.[protected]. Vodafone is refusing to reverse the charges although the roaming package was not activated due to their system failure. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am using Vodafone Sim from 5yrs long, Now they are asking if you will not recharge validity for your mobile no then service will be stopped.
Validity voucher should extend automatically if i am a frequent user.
