wrong billing has been done for the past 4 months have given several complaints verbal as well as written but have recd no response from the company.
They are not settelling the bill nor are they accepting my request for Porting out my no.
Last complaint made on phone @ customer care - complain no[protected] dated - 21st Oct 2015

the above no is being used by me for past few no. Earlier I was using a package of 899/- monthly including my net charges.
then I got a call from your people that this plan is very expensive as against my use age so there fore I should change the plan to two separate plan - one for calling and the other for internet.
My calling plan get s changed immediately and the net plan does not get started as discussed with the vodafone representative. Then the I get a shock to see a bill of 4000.00 rs as against of Rs.1200 which I use to get normally for every month with a plan of 899.00.
since then I have calling vodaphone for sorting this issue but in vain every time I am been promised that I will get the net cahrges waiver and a modified bill will be submitted . And every week - 10 days the out goin gets stopped then I discuss the matter with one of the representative they taake the complaint will get back in some time with the details and the amount to be paid but nothing happens, they active the oput going calls and again the same thing repeats in 10 days.
request you to kindly look into this matter send me a proper updated / modified bill with proper charegs .

Also have requested your person to stop the internet with immediate effect as there is a lot of charges refelected in the current bill as well though I am not using as much.
