Vodafone India — Billing issue | |||||
There has been a cheating while updation of payment plan change from Red 899 to Red 1299. I have asked customer executive to update from Dec'15 month billing cycle and the Nov'15 month itself got change with 1299 plan. Also requested to change Roaming Incoming free plan Rs. 149 to Rs. 75 effective Dec'15 moth billing cycle. This also got added in Nov'15 month bill. Further, the same issue has been discussed with my relationship manager - Aniket. Many a times, Aniket don't respond to calls and I have forced to contact Vodafone customer care. If a Red customer is not being addressed by a relationship manager, then it is clear that he is fugitive and has no responsibility to attend to customer queries. I believe I need to change my subscriber to some other operators in the market. Was this information helpful? | |||||
