Vodafone India — Billing issue | |||||
Company have change the tariff plan without the notice on my mobile number [protected] and they have been charge for the internet... i was visited on 22th june 2016 the vodafone store at stadium circle in ahmedabad and the executive will check the system and they shows that there was not sent any sms on my mobile number for the plan change and then after they will put up the complain no.[protected] for the waive the wrong net charges on my mobile no. [protected] but the company was called me and says that the we had a sent a sms on between 8th April to 11 the April but when i was visited the store and i have ask for the regarding charges they shows me the system there is no message will be sent by vodafone ...
