Vodafone India — billing issue following up with 3 months

I am using vodafone number: [protected] from so many years. I have moved out of india,
I activated iroam plan for 7days from may21 - may27th and paid 2999 for the service. Now from continuous two months i am getting additional amount in my bill of 599 and 149.

Upon calling customer care they are saying this is the mandatory charges you have to give. I wanted to understand why?

I am ok to understand that i have to pay basic charge of something around 149 to keep my sim activated outside india apart from my monthly rental plan.

Upon following up over email as well as over call, the customer care team says that the have deactivated the plan. But now i again receive the amount billed to my number.

After calling customer care to port the number several time, no getting any response from them.

Also i can see any plan activated in myvodafone app.

And the vodafone team is saying that they have auto activated the plan.

I am facing network issues with Vodafone connections both at my workplace and near my home. I raised a complaint with Vodafone last week and they have closed my request without even investigating. The request number was 4-[protected]. I have 4G connections but the network is pathetic even in and around Hitech city. Where else it would be better???

Attached the network pics from in and around my home and office locations. Please escalate this issue.
From this morning, I m not able to make any call from Vodafone. Can u solve my problem.
I am not able to send port sms to 1900 as sms always gets failed and i want to port out to other company.
