Vodafone India — Billing issue from 3 months and no response to resolve it

Every month i am getting 200 of excess amount as my bill. And they wont resolve the issue within the last date of my bill payment and they tell me to pay the late payment charges. i had payed the amount that i hve used . they wont respond and they just dissconnect my network as this is my business no. there is a huge loss happening . please help me out . i have occored a los of 1000k.
AND ALSO IT AFFECTED MY BUSINESS A LOT
